This Master Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Cash Balance Actuaries, LLC, an affiliate of SCP Retirement Services, LLC ("Strongpoint"), and the Client.

This agreement covers engagement terms, general services description, client obligations, ACH authorization, electronic communications consent, confidentiality terms, fee schedule references, and termination provisions.
